A small local sporting goods store that was ‘closed for the Holidays’ was broken into. The metal security door was knocked inward and off the hinges. The window display was rummaged. A large hunting knife was reported missing as well as some camping supplies. Total value of inventory lost $200.00. Value of warped door with a metal foot imprint, $1500. Poor lighting failed to provide adequate video coverage for police later that day after all there presents were opened.
A young girl thought she saw Santa Clause running through her back yard with a green army blanket. The man was described as having a light blonde hair and a possible beard. Father confirms story as very big foot prints were discovered in the snow.
December 24, 2009 – Thursday
Christmas Carolers were frightened off when a large naked man ran past them as they were singing Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer. The man matched the description from earlier reports Wednesday. It was believed the man was sleeping in seclusion in a homes garden shed near by but was awoken by the screeching sounds of a woman singing out of tune. The man growled as he ran by and headed back towards the woods. The man was described as the biggest man they had ever seen. Possibly it was sasquatch, but arguments broke out that the Yeti couldn’t possibly have a tattoo of a giant ‘V’ on his back. Local authorities entered the incident in police blotters along with a few other Santa Clause sightings and inquires by children. Who is he? Where is he going?
December 23, 2009 – Wednesday
A large man was discovered lying naked on a remote beach at dawn near Charleston Oregon. Before local authorities arrived witnesses say he awoke abruptly, growled in warning, scaring the air from their lungs. Suddenly the man bolted into the woodland. Fisherman and other witnesses described the beach vagrant as a hulking man that stood over seven feet tall and moved like a deer. He had long blonde hair, blue or gray eyes and a giant black ‘V’ shaped tattoo between his thick shoulder blades. Local police searched for signs in the immediate area with no success. Stories believed to be exaggerated and suspect that local college student was passed out drunk instead. The story was recounted on the local news and then onto various websites that made a living off embellishing such tales. One website posted that the character matched the description of The Darkslayer. Who is he? Why is he here?
