Craig's Movie Reviews, "Date Night". It's pretty funny!

IMDB Movie Review Link

The movie 'Date Night' is indeed a great movie for a date night.  My wife and I watched Steve Carrell and that chick that looks like Sarah Palin and had a bunch of good laughs.  As the story goes, a mundane married couple decides to live it up a bit and go into the big city of Manhattan.  I can't imagine anything ever going awry there and neither can you I bet.  They are having a great time when all of a sudden a case of mistaken identity makes them potention victims of a big city homicide and that is when the fun begins.  I've got to say, they even managed to keep it clean and in good taste, which surprised me and my wife, but in the end profanity prevails.  And what movie these days doesn't have a picturesque scene in a strip club.  That's just a heads up, no nudity, but you probably don't want your kids around either for the final chapter.  It's was a pretty funny and ridiculous scene however.  All in all, the movie is pretty corny, but it was pretty darn funny at being corny.  I think you should try it if you haven't all ready.  It's a 7.5 out of 10.0.
